Bowdoin International Music Festival will welcome back Zlatomir Fung on Friday for Tchaikovsky with the orchestra.
The first American in four decades — and the youngest musician ever — to win first prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition Cello Division, Fung will perform “Variations on a Rococo Theme, Op. 33” under conductor Peter Bay at the 7:30 p.m. concert at Crooker Theater in Brunswick.
